Prefer a chat? Message us on WhatsApp at Phone. It is the quickest channel for short questions about a guide, a link that will not open, or a correction you want to flag right away.
The number is monitored Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Jakarta time (GMT+7). Outside those hours, leave a message and we will reply on the next business day. For detailed corrections or material with attachments, email is still better because we can keep a record of screenshots and sources. We never use WhatsApp for marketing messages.

What to include
Tips: the place, date and a photo if you have one. Corrections: the exact URL and a screenshot. Pitches: your trade, the topic, and a sample of your work.
For corrections, tell us what is wrong and what the correct figure or fact should be, with a source we can check. For news tips, a date and a location help us verify quickly. For pitches, we commission a small number of pieces each month and pay on publication; a short outline beats a long letter.
We cannot answer every pitch, but we do read them all. If you have not heard back within two weeks, feel free to follow up once. Please do not send the same pitch to multiple editors at the same time.
